As you all know I am an animal lover
To the extreme sometimes .......I think!
I have been on my own for the past few days while Joe canoed at Algonquin Park
I have been on my own for the past few days while Joe canoed at Algonquin Park
Yesterday I spent the afternoon at a farm
I had a continuous smile on my face
This is what I saw through my Canadian eyes
When Devonna comes to the farm she brings 'leftovers' for the pets
Cashmere checking out her snack
The chickens came a running when they heard Devonna's voice
They liked the cauliflower!!!
Hoof print of a Mamma and her baby
Jem and her pal Titanium
Titanium is a rescue horse
I kept watching them
Where one would wander the other would follow
Out to pasture we went
A carrot for the Mamma
The fence made a good butt scratcher
Baby had a fine time rolling from side to side
Mamma was interesting to watch as I took pictures of her baby
She was fine with me until I would crouch down
She would then make a little sound and move in between the baby and I
Meet Shailah and Taijah
SMILE
Taijah and Sky
You are in for a treat
I will let the photographs tell the story!
Shailah and Misty
I think I see a carrot in the pocket
HA HA HA HA
For the love of horses
For the love of 'humans'
After their bath the horses roamed the backyard
Oh no!!!!
Roll Roll Roll
Lola planted her feet firmly on the grass
No way was she going to move
Everyone who knows Devonna knows Lola
Play time was over for the girls and their horses
The horses were now down to serious business
Riding lessons for students
WOW
What an afternoon
I had the best time!!!!!!!!!
I asked a million questions
I took hundreds of pictures
Thanks to the girls
Joe and Curtis arrived back in Sarnia after a five day adventure with St. Pat's students and chaperones
We had a delicious supper
Enjoyed watching the sun set on Lake Huron
Thanks to the Stothers
LOVED THE HORSE PICS...those girls are living the life!! And Ken and Devonna have a beautiful view with the little deck and awesome colored chairs, so cute!

ReplyDeleteAwesome, outstanding, beautiful photography Dianne. You sure did capture the true beauty of both the horses and the girls. I am so glad that we were able to spend the day together and you had a chance to get to know Lola better. ☺
