A few days ago I happened to be talking to our cottage neighbour

It so happens his wife Marleen was visiting relatives in Nova Scotia
There were 2 kittens left out of the double litter of 13
A chocolate point and a blue point
both males
Ohhhhhhhh
This is exciting I said

The kitten along with his brother started out Saturday morning
from Nova Scotia and arrived in the city last night
Today we picked up kitten and were asked if we would like
TWO
Hard to resisit........ but we said no thanks!

My first thought on a name was
GEORGE or 'GEORGIE'
Does he look like a Georgie???
Daughter Jennifer had a good idea for a name.....

our 17 year old Siamese cat's 'real' name is

Jen thought we should name kitten

Which name do you think most suits kitten?

WeiQuay died of stomach cancer
and
was 'replaced' by Elliot
who
died of cancer of the tongue
Our family, including our children
have lost 3 pets due to cancer over the past year or so

he looks quite serious, so not georgie or harvey. they are funny names. i like jack. jen

ReplyDeleteI think Casey is a great name but Harvey is good, But really its you kitten so guess what you and Joe should name the cute kitty.Cats and I know this last name Cats love a name thats' smooth to the ear. So have fun choosing a name.
He is definately a Georgie...soft and sweet or Jack...but Georgie is better! He is beautiful mom.

ReplyDeleteDianne; your 2nd photo shown...kitten is showing you he's chosen his name, as his tail makes a perfect "G" as he glances at it. It's a given. Maybe "Geo" as a short form of George. He's beautiful and obviously meant to be. I'm so happy for you. Sincerely, Debby
