A FEW FALL DAYS IN THE VINEYARD

Tuesday afternoon I was going to go for a
walk along the ridge
however
Hunter
 the dog
wanted to follow me
so
I changed my mind
and
walked around the vineyard
and
down to the cliff

A beautiful day in the vineyard

Hunter

Might as well throw in a picture of the dogs
Gwennie on the inside
Hunter and Leroy on the outside

Here is Rosco
Nikki's dog

Now I will take you on my walk

We are getting close to the edge of the cliff

The house is way up there

The ball went everywhere with Hunter
All he wants all day long is to have someone throw the ball for him

Looking down to Okanagan Lake
This particular section of the beach area is for
nude swimmers and sun bathers

The house is coming into view

It was neat to see this little flower
 amongst the clay silt

Picking time
The first of the grapes were taken off
on Wednesday

The grapes peaking through the nets

A beautiful thing!

They are hard at it

The apple orchard across the street was busy too

Joe was taking grapes from one bin to another
to fill one up

Graham's friend Emery was helping out

The bukets have been washed out

The gloves are drying out

We then went over to Ruby Blues
to check on Lyndsay

The grapes are being pressed

Well, that  is the end of the vineyard story!!

Thursday Joe and I picked grapes at Emery and Kathryn's vineyard

Thursday evening we were in Summerland for Beau's hockey
Friday afternoon Summerland again
Friday evening Osoyoos
Today Penticton for Ethan's game
This evening Kelowna for Beau

Sunday morning Ethan's final game
of the tournament in Penticton
Sunday afternoon Beau's final game of the tournament in Summerland

THAT'S ALL FOLKS
