After dropping Susan off at the airport on
Saturday we headed to the lacrosse field
The girl played two games
In between games
the girl
the Mom and Dad
and
the Ganny and Papa
went to see the movie
UNKNOWN
which was excellent
I have to say...........
I did not have my camera
with me to take photos
of the games
What was I thinking?????
of the games
What was I thinking?????
Saturday's games
the team won both games
Sunday morning we took
our friend Devonna
to the airport
Afterward we headed
to the lacrosse field
once again
I HAVE MY CAMERA
The girl on her way to the net

The field was quite wet due to
the rain which fell during the night
You go girl
Scoop up the ball girls
Listening to what the coach
has to say

All lined up
Waiting for the
'face off'
The Mom is under the hood!!!!
The camera lady took 180 photos
This is my favourite
A hand on her shoulder.........
The team gathering around the goalie
The team lost the game 7 - 6
The team played a

Sunday's games
The team lost both games
The girl coming off the field
Close up of the
LACROSSE EYE GEAR
The games played over
the weekend were
pre-season
Now we wait for the
first game of the season
March 5
We'll be there with bells on
and
camera in hand!!!!
As we were coming home
around 2:30 this afternoon
we saw
snow on Superstition Mountain
The sky was soooo blue
It was full of enchanting clouds
I thought
WOW
I'm going to take my camera
out around 5:30 or so
and
capture the radiance of the sun
on the snow
at Superstition Mountain
Out we went with
Gwendolyn in the
back seat of the van
Much to our surprise
the snow was gone
the clouds were gone
but
I did manage to capture
a few photos of
the golden sun
on the mountain
Twilight is coming
Hurray, back to the old system of communicating. Life is great when you have camera in hand Dianne. Hey, the Lacrosse game, especially the close ups of the girl with glasses and coming off the field were great. Snow on Superstition Mountain. How could it disappear so quickly. If it were not for your pictures, I'd think it was an optical illusion. Jeanette
ReplyDeleteThose pictures of Superstition Mountain as the sun was setting with it's golden glow are worthy of becoming postcards !! Or even paintings !You mentioned "our" Gwendolyn....I thought for sure I'd see a picture of the sweetheart....oh well I guess it's coming...I love the protective eye wear the girls have does the job of protecting them and does not impede their view. Safety first. The girl is very pretty.
ReplyDeleteAnother busy weekend at your house! You also have to go home just to rest up for the winter season in AZ! ha ha
ReplyDeleteBells!? Haha cant wait for you guys to come!
ReplyDeleteZoe!
