OUR FIRST HIKE OF THE SEASON
OUR DAUGHTERS JOINED THE OTHER HIKERS
NATURE IS CALLING
We are all on the trail.......
have walked from the park
through a culvert under
highway 60
through the grocery store parking lot
to the trail
Here we have a daughter
coming back to the trail.......
There is nothing like
having to take
a bathroom break when hiking
especially when you are limited
to finding bushes that are
THICK

As we were walking on the trail
we could hear a helicopter
getting closer and closer to us
All of a sudden we spotted
it flying very low over
highway 60
It was rather eerie
Here we are walking through a culvert

We're heading home

It was a good hike
There must have been
between 20 to 25 hikers
It was great to be outdoors
walking the trails
I was hoping you'd post photos of Friday's hike. Glad to see the girls were able to 'tag' along. There were 30 hikers; pretty good for the first hike of the season.
ReplyDeleteThat's something I would gladly join in on, I love to walk or hike. Great shots of the dry desert and mountain areas. I'm guessing it was too much for the canine companions eh ?
