at their home

Here we are painting our cottage

Sue is in this picture
I think this may be the time
where a bucket of paint fell
on her head

The cottage looks so different
way back then

Sailing on a lake in Idaho

Many many happy memories of Stag Island

Donna Mae and Joe on corn detail
I think we must have been
having a get-together
by the looks of the box
filled with corn?????

1987
STAG ISLAND DAY
Our group of seven couples would bring their families
to the island for the day
Joe would organize teams
The teams would do anything from canoeing to water games
to jumping off the end of the dock with tubes
At the end of the day a trophy would be given
to the winning team

Here is Mike filling up my water cup

In this photo we have.........
Joe and Di
Anita and Mike

be pretty comfy in his track suit
Wonder what we were up to?????

Our cat Ching made it in this photo

Sailing on Mike's sailboat
It must have been
'rough seas'
for me to be wearing a lifejacket

Having lunch down below
Must have been
egg salad sandwiches
made by Donna Mae
She makes the best egg salad

Friends sitting side by side

Getting my Dad's Petro ready for a sail

A man who loved his family beyond..............
A good and loyal friend

  3. Hi Di & Joe

Mugan and I went thru the pics together, many memories for mugan came back,a large sense of sadness for me because I never got to know him thru his sickness. If I had to write a story of true friendship amongst couples the group would be my inspiration.

    Love Mugan and Casey
